Charleston craftsman. Family man. Lifelong builder.
CrownKings is built around Logan Flynn’s hands-on construction experience, his respect for every customer and property, and his belief that the smallest details often make the greatest difference.
More than 25 years of experience, focused into one specialist craft.
Logan Flynn is a Charleston, South Carolina local with more than 25 years of construction experience and a lifelong connection to building, problem-solving, and hands-on craftsmanship.
Throughout his career, he developed a deep appreciation for the architectural details that make a room feel balanced and complete. Crown molding may be subtle, but the right profile, scale, and finish can transform how an entire interior feels.
CrownKings grew from Logan’s decision to focus that experience on one specialty and pair exceptional workmanship with clear communication, dependable service, and genuine respect for every customer’s property.
Founder, CrownKings
Charleston is home.
Logan understands the character, architecture, and expectations that come with working in Lowcountry homes and commercial properties.
His approach is personal and straightforward. He listens carefully, studies the space, explains the work clearly, and treats every property with the same care he would expect in his own home.
Away from the job site, Logan enjoys spending time with his family and his two boys, ages 13 and 8. He also enjoys hunting and fishing on his hunting property in Ridgeville.
That balance of family, craftsmanship, and time outdoors keeps the business grounded in a simple philosophy: do honest work, take pride in the details, and leave every space better than you found it.
Craftsmanship matters. So does the way you are treated.
Every project is guided by three values that shape both the work and the experience surrounding it.
Respect for your home, business, schedule, expectations, and the trust required to work inside your property.
Clear communication, honest recommendations, and a defined understanding of the project before work begins.
Dependable follow-through, careful workmanship, and a commitment to doing what was promised.
A practical understanding of how every detail fits together.
Logan’s broader construction background helps him understand how crown molding interacts with walls, ceilings, framing, cabinetry, room proportions, and the realities of both older and newer properties.
Individual rooms, renovations, additions, and coordinated whole-home installations.
Architectural finish work for hospitality, retail, offices, and other professional interiors.
Replacing damaged, aging, incomplete, or poorly installed molding with a cleaner and more cohesive result.

I treat every home with the same care I would expect in my own.
A professional experience from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Every project begins with a conversation about the property, the rooms involved, the desired result, and the practical details that affect the work.
Logan evaluates the space, explains the recommended approach, provides a complimentary estimate, and confirms expectations before installation begins.
During the project, attention remains focused on preparation, alignment, corners, transitions, finishing, protection of the property, and a clean final result.
